OUR STORY
The Red Stache opened its doors in the fall of 2023 with a simple goal: create the kind of neighborhood bar where one drink accidentally turns into four hours.
Tucked just off the chaos of 9th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, The Red Stache was built as an escape — equal parts cocktail bar, wine den, late-night hangout, and second living room. A place where Broadway performers sit beside longtime locals, first dates turn into regulars, and nobody’s judged for ordering another espresso martini after midnight.
The vibe changes with the night.
Happy hour crowds become dinner conversations. Dinner drifts into frozen cocktails, candlelight, trivia nights, movie screenings, drag brunches, birthday toasts, industry hangs, and the occasional beautifully bad decision.
So whether you’re stopping in before a Broadway show, hiding from Midtown for a few hours, celebrating something big, or just looking for your next favorite neighborhood spot — welcome home.

WINE
We keep things simple: great wine and good company. Our team loves what they pour and is always happy to share a story or a suggestion. We want every guest to feel at home here, appreciated, and part of the neighborhood.
COCKTAILS
Our cocktails are crafted with care and creativity. Blending culinary precision with a sense of fun. The drinks are thoughtful and flavor-driven, yet not too serious, playful twists classics and unexpected touches keep things fresh, inviting, and easy to enjoy.
FOOD
Our food menu pairs elevated flavors with neighborhood comfort.
Inspired by the owner’s fine-dining background, each dish is crafted with care and designed to complement our cocktails, wines, and the kind of nights that linger a little longer.
